Delivery Periods

Cancellation, Return and Replacement

(1) In any case whether or not the sales agreement for goods between us, any cancellation shall not be permitted. Further, we do not accept any return or replacement of goods, but only in case that (i) you request us to return/replace goods within fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the goods and (ii) the goods has some serious defect. However, in any case, return/replacement shall not be acceptable if the goods is used or do not has proper tag or accessories or any other reason we find return/replacement is not appropriate at its sole discretion.

(2) The shipping fee for the return goods will be covered by the customer except when goods have a serious defect.

Some products are used clothes and made-to-order.

(1) We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to slight stains or stains.
(2) We can not respond to discount negotiations etc.
